Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tāst (the "App"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. User Content

Tāst lets you post reviews, rankings, lists, comments, photos, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Tāst a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

3. Reporting and Moderation

Tāst has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it or block the person from within the App: use the ••• menu on any review, profile, list, or comment. Reporting takes a few seconds and does not notify the person you reported.

We review every report and act within 24 hours: content found to be objectionable is removed, and the user who posted it is ejected from the App. Blocking someone immediately removes their content from your feed, hides you from each other, and flags the account for our review. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: impersonate others, harass or abuse other users, post spam, attempt to circumvent moderation or blocking, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Copyright Complaints

Tāst displays cover art and imagery to identify the works being discussed. If you are a rights holder and believe material in the App infringes your copyright, email nico.indar.sahi@gmail.com with the location of the material, a description of the copyrighted work, and your contact information. We respond promptly to valid notices, including removing material where appropriate.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tāst is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
